So far this app has been easy to use and works well. Once I attach the file to the product advertised for sale, I do not have to do anything else. When a customer purchases the product the file is sent to them instantly. I tested it out by buying one of my products using a different email address and I received the file. So far I have not received any complaints from my customers so I feel assured that they have received the digital products that they purchased as well. I will definitely recommend that everyone selling downloadable products give this app a try. There are different levels of plans you can get and the prices are reasonable.

Nagaraj was absolutely wonderful to work with to adjust a few minor form settings for me. Despite his busy workload, he kindly made the adjustments and was so patient and graciou with me (I'm very new to Shopify and the Filemonk app). Support at Filemonk has been incredible and that gives me a lot of confidence to start selling my digital products! Thank you, Nagaraj!
