Erg behulpzame klantenservice die mij hebben geholpen met het instellen van de koppeling. Daar zaten nog wat haken en ogen aan i.v.m. meerdere valuta en hier is geduldig de tijd voor genomen totdat het goed stond. Dank jullie wel.

Finally had good contact with the support team, and now finally seems to be fixed on the monthly fees. === We had some great cooperation with Combidesk for the Shopify Exact Online boedkhoud connection. After a few months I noticed the charged monthly amounts were double the mentioned amounts, after which I contact their customer support. Straight away this was acknowledged by their support team and being "under investigation" to get it solved. However, still to date, I've been chasing their customer support in order to get it solved, without any response after multiple attemps from my end in getting a response from their support. So technically, YES the connections works great, but customer support is terrible once something is not going as planned. Def would not recommend taking this connection.

We zijn heel blij met het resultaat van de koppeling, al duurde het wel even voor we de instellingen goed kregen. Wel een goeie investering, want gaat ons 1-2 dagen per maand sparen in de toekomst

We hebben deze koppeling gekozen, omdat het ons een snelle manier leek om een koppeling tussen Shopify en Exact te testen. We verwachtte dat er veel mis zou gaan in de eerste periode, hierdoor hebben we het pakket uitgebreid met snellere service. Deze was niet aanwezig. Ik moest vaak uren wachten op een bericht terwijl we daarvoor aan het chatten waren. Op mijn laatste vraag, die ik 4 dagen geleden stelde, is nog steeds niet gereageerd. De koppeling heeft weinig opties en is vrij rigide in de mogelijke instellingen. Maar mijn grootste hekelpunt is de service.

Ik ben blij met de Exact Online boekhouding. Voor al mijn vragen kon ik goed terecht bij Tim van Combidesk die mij met mijn issues heel goed heeft geholpen! Super!

I use this app for my shopify store. It does everything very well. And the personal support you get when it's not working, its perfect. They also made a custom setting for me and it was done in just a couple of days. Very great app with helpful people behind it.

Handige app en goede service bij het installeren! Werkt ideaal samen met Shopify en Exact veel mogelijkheden om de oplossing helemaal op maat te maken.

Tim heeft super geholpen met het installeren van de app en helpen denken over de beste oplossingen. App werkt goed voor financiële verwerking van Shopify verkopen. Ik kijk uit naar verdere ontwikkelingen om ook aflettering van betalingen en voorraad verwerking mogelijk te maken. Ik zou de app zeker aanraden, keep up the good work!
