This is just scam! We used Evey for an huge event, and took the biggest paid plan - but MANY times the app just crashed, and all the tickets went sold out, this has happened many times, and customer services promises every time that i would not happen again.. Customer service is not helping with anything, and just send you articles.. If your event is serious, I would recommend to NOT use Evey!

Mary was awesome on support. There is a little disconnect between teh live chat window and email. I couldn't reset the window after I night of sleep to get to an agent, so the window was idle, but I noticed emails were coming in about it. Once we connected the support was great. Thanks

I switched to Evey from another Shopify ticketing app about a year ago. The experience has been awesome. The team is super supportive and takes the time to listen to my goals and initiatives to help guide me to a solution that works best. Huge depth of features that I use to help my customers set their event up for success. I'm a big fan and I look forward to continuing to grow my business with Evey's partnership.

In case you're looking for an app to sell tickets for a big event, would definitely recommend Evey App. Agents are quick to respond and they really help out with our concerns, which makes it less overwhelming to use.

The customer service is exceptional! They have made the registration process for our football camps a lot more seamless and efficient. There are a few missing features they don't have that we need - like a direct integration with Google spreadsheets / drive and the ability to upload files, but otherwise it's been great so far!

We look forward to gaining more visibility on a roadmap to ensure all promised features are fixed. However, thanks to Hannes, we are confident that Evey Events is moving in the right direction and will continue to improve their platform, which is already indispensable to our internal teams. From my experience, this is the best ticketing app for Shopify. It's not perfect, but the team is incredibly helpful and has shared plans to upgrade features and add versatility for my needs. I look forward to continuing to work with Evey as my ticketing site grows.

This app WAS good... until now. They have implemented a change that forces a filter by month - if we don't have an event on in the current month, it just shows as 'no results' and looks as though we have nothing upcoming. The filter isn't obvious to customers - we've noticed a large drop in bookings, and been given overwhelming feedback by customers that it's not user friendly, having to go month by month until they find what they're looking for. SO so disappointed... with no plans to change it, we'll be looking for an alternative.

I love the set up and it's very easy to navigate! I can check customer's in to the event, track who's coming and price how I want. Very excited for this to be my new event plug-in.

"Availability date function isn't working at this time." So why are we paying this app if we have to manually activate or deactivate the event whenever it is needed or change the inventory to stop customer from buying it? This is the second promising feature which is not working. It's very disappointing to choose an app with promised features that don't work once you've made the purchase.

This app is super user friendly and very customizable. The support you receive when you have a question is quick and so thorough and helpful. I am thrilled I found this app and will use it for events in the future!

Priced well and works for most of our needs, though there are some flaws in the UI that inhibit functionality and haven't been resolved after reporting them 14+ months ago (can't add user from a mobile phone because the chat button blocks the Send button, as another user review reported below). We also struggled with custom uses like multi-date events where we want variants listed on the Shopify product page but don't want/need a full blown calendar or date-picker on the page, or want pricing to change if they choose more than 1 date, but we are slowly figuring out workarounds. Overall it's a good app for the pricing and their customer service is typically responsive within a day, even if actual issue resolution takes longer.

Sadly, although they show signs of promise the Ap and the Customer service is slow. Known issues they haven't resolved for some 2-3 months: #1 - Can't send attendee messages - we've been told this is disabled because of spam. We need to do this regularly to send out information before an event. They've said, "we'll fix it soon" #2 - The dang purple help window is in the way of a key button that allows you to execute a command. No matter if on mobile or desktop that help window blocks a critical save button - we've told then and gotten no response. #3 - Slow server. So we have multiple dates that need to be selected, often the calendar takes too long to load (even with exceptional wifi) and our customers select an option without a date - which then doesn't create a valid ticket and a lot of extra work. #4 - Attendee lists are not searchable as indicated with search bar. Multiple people have tried in a list of 100 to find their name and it does not search properly. There are more issues, I just can't name all the ones not resolved. This ap is probably ok if you don't ask anything of it. But we used to do something like 1000 tickets a month with them and it's been lots of extra work on our end, thus making it more expensive than other similar aps. Our experience is based over a 2 year period

A very complete APP, we have tested 2 more and this is the one that has best adapted to our needs, plus the customer service is the best of all. They respond quickly and even make video demos to answer all your questions. I definitely recommend it
