we really liked the integration into Shopify, but found the set up clunky and were not able to integrate a easy checkbox with a link to our terms and conditions which is forcing us to look at different solutions.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was charged three times for the same order, and despite reaching out, the company refuses to issue a refund. Customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive throughout. At this point, it feels like a scam — I would strongly advise others to be cautious before downloading.

We were initially excited by the features this app promised. However, we've encountered many issues and have wasted countless hours trying to get to the bottom of them. We've not seen any improvements to this app since joining, only features breaking. We've experienced issues stemming from Evey involving ticket transfers removing the date info from courses; email template functionality breaking; an issue where British Summer Time has not been factored into Google Calendar invites, meaning customers could think their course starts an hour earlier or later. Courses can be oversold due to the way the front end works. On top of that, customising the course PDFs is very bare bones, and we were only able to add in a course description, image and logo through coding, something to factor in if you were planning on using this feature. It's a shame as this app could be very good with some fixes and TLC, but it feels like a half finished project.

App doesn't work! No one is receiving their tickets. Terrible integration into Shopify and not user friendly or comprehensive at all. Customer service also is no help! Totally Bogus!

We've used this app for the last two years and have had a great experience. I needed additional support setting up our mail settings for our upcoming event and Rolando's support and communication were excellent and highly appreciated.

We're new to the Evey app, but so far it looks like it will be the perfect solution for managing all of our intangible products at our art museum. Ron was incredibly helpful in walking us through some initial questions, and we really appreciated the support. I'm sure we'll have more questions as we continue setting things up, but our experience so far has been smooth and positive. Looking forward to seeing how Evey supports our work going forward!

I had an issue with Evey and it was very frustrating. Not only did Shopify help me get in touch with their company but Lauralynn, from Evey, personally called me to clear up the confusion and walked me through setting everything up correctly. Their platform is the best ticket platform in the marketplace. The app works effortlessly and it is easy to use. They have a Check-In app for live events that is worth the subscription alone. I want to thank them for correcting my situation with urgency. It really does make me believe they care about their customers.

We’ve used Evey for two consecutive years to manage online ticket sales for our festival, and it continues to meet our needs. We have tried a few alternatives, but Evey stood out for its user-friendly interface and alignment with our needs, such as handling multiple languages. Anytime we had a question, we received timely replies, often with screenshots or short videos that made troubleshooting really easy. In our experience, the pricing is fair and competitive with other similar tools both within and outside of Shopify. Highly recommend this app to anyone running ticketed events through Shopify. :)

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! I will use every breath I have for the rest of my life telling people Evey ripped me off. They charged my card over $300 in one month and I never sold a ticket. When I brought it up to Shopify they informed me that this app was the reason my account kept being charged. I reached out to the company and pointed out the error. They AGREED to refunding me. Then, didn't even do it. DO NOT USE THIS APP. There are other apps on this platform with better customer service and much cheaper. They definitely will not charge your card when you never even sold one ticket with them. These people even told me how much they would give me back in a written email and never did it. DO NOT GET SCAMMED like I did.
