Update to below review - support team reached out via phone and provided a tailored fix to issue. I was very impressed. It looks like the issue is being resolved, which is a win for me, but also a big win for the app’s usefulness for everyone else The app is unintuitive, and the customer support has a poor grasp of the English language, so communication is extremely difficult. the process of adding, syncing and managing products is not at all straightforward. They claim they cannot sync order shipping info any longer to Shopify, yet other Etsy integrations are doing it. So I'm left with all my imported orders failing to sync shipping and stock levels (what's the point of the app at this point?). They are telling me to pay for 3rd party shipping software to import and ship my orders because they cannot get them into Shopify themselves.

This app is such a life saver! It has simplified my business so much and gives me back time so I can actually grow my business. The customer service is perfection. You get proactive help and also instant help when you need it.

I had problems configuring this app with our Shopify store. I was contacted by the Etsy Integration Team - they set up a call with me (at no cost) and within 20 minutes, I was up and running. Everything between our Shopify store and our Etsy Shop was synced perfectly. Surya S was the person that helped me. He did an AWESOME JOB. Thank you Surya ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Just getting started to using it, up till now are all good. Sync product from Shopify to Etsy are works as expected. Some questions for support and get quick response in the chat box.

This app was easy to get set up, so easy that I almost didn't meet with my Shopify Integration Team Member. I am glad I did. Firstly, I don't write reviews unless my expectations have been exceeded, and this app and customer service have BOTH exceeded my expectations! THE APP The app has clearly had a lot of tuning done to it to make it a smooth operator. In this case, 'set it and forget it' is a true slogan that actually works! Once you spend a little time going through the tabs and understanding what your preferences are, it is a simple app to understand and not a fragmented, frustrating learning curve many apps put you through. I would go as far as to say, it's a refreshing and enjoyable experience to have had. CUSTOMER SERVICE I had the help and assistance of the most patient and polite man called RONEX. He is more than worthy of a special mention as he tackled my onslaught of questions and talking. Calmly and patiently, Ronex walked me through every tab to see if I had all my settings correct according to what I wanted, but also according to the requirements of the app to work as smoothly as it does and sync correctly with my Etsy shop. All things are working like a dream, so thank you to you Ronex. My 5 star experience is not everybody's experience, and won't be everybody's experience, but we all have to deal with apps for just about every facet of building and running a business nowadays. I can honestly say, this app is well put together, the developers and customer service department know what you're trying to achieve and help you without the frustration and hard work. I AM VERY IMPRESSED HOW EASY THIS IS and it so quick as well. I'm used to setting up apps with shopify but I must say . Krishna was on hand within a few minutes & helped me understand clearly how things worked, he was very patient & gave me simple instruction on how to do things . the issue supposed to be solved. and just waiting for our refund. to be honest. they kept following 10 times just to finalize the issue. and that is a great sign for great customer service.

I was surprised while reviewing our billing records. We used your app for less than 5 days before uninstalling it, which should have ended any billing relationship between us. However, I noticed that we were still charged after the app was removed. This is unexpected and quite concerning. We believe this charge is not justified, and we will be filing a formal complaint with Shopify. Please review this matter and issue a refund promptly.

*** IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE LOCATION on your shopify-- but only ship online orders from a specific location, you do not want this APP. For example, we have a warehouse and a brick and mortar store. This app publishes the inventory to both on etsy, allowing etsy customers to buy stuff we have in store but not at the warehouse. Which caused a complete mess for us during the holidays. We kept the app for a few months b/c we thought they would get that fixed after we voiced our concerns, but it hasn't happened yet, so we are switching apps.

I am so excited about listing on Etsy. This is just what I need; all my friends tell me I need to be on Etsy but I spend lots of time curating my Shopify site. I can choose to SEO-optimize my Etsy titles without altering my Shopify titles, which is huge. Excellent Customer Service! I was just asking questions BEFORE trying the app, and the rep.was very helpful, even offering to have a video chat. If this is an indication of how the app is, it will be very good. I'll add more details after I have tried it out! But so far very good!

Great integration, better than the offical Tiktok sales channels API (I know it's a different platform, but just for reference). Pratik at support is very helpful
