Previously, we chose not to leave a review as a gesture of goodwill, but after the false accusations and lies made by Sarah against our company, we feel compelled to respond. First, all Shopify apps include a “Plans” page. From this page, you can either switch to another plan or cancel your current one if only a single plan is available. Canceling a plan does not mean using the app for free — it means the app will stop functioning once the billing period ends. Second, while nearly all Shopify apps offer monthly options, this app pushes users into a yearly plan. Even if that’s the company’s business decision, requiring customers to manually set calendar reminders just to avoid renewal is unreasonable. No reminder emails are sent as the renewal date approaches, which seems intentionally designed to make users forget — and by the time you realize, the annual fee has already been charged. Third, the email templates provided by the app are not compatible with Shopify’s native marketing automations. Fourth, the customer support team is unaware of several key issues and provides incomplete answers. Fifth, email templates must be copied and pasted manually, one by one — there is no automation or bulk transfer process. If Sarah or any team member from this company wishes, we can provide even more negative experiences. The company is clearly exploiting a market gap — since few apps support customized email templates for Shopify, they are taking advantage of the lack of competition.

Good customisation features, making it easy to customise emails. It's simple to update, and the customer support is fast, efficient, and genuinely helpful.

Highly recommend this app. I was especially impressed by their quality customer support. They even turned down my offer to provide additional payment to them for their above and beyond support. They were fast, responsive and very knowledgeable.

Love - love - love this app. I set up a nicely-designed template once -- years ago now! Anytime I need to update with the latest Shopify or ShopCash code, or change the offers/content, I just re-export the code and cut-and-paste. They did a lot of thoughtful things to make this as fast and easy as possible, like a shortcut button to the exact right Shopify screen, plus a regular "footer" content that automatically updates across all emails at once.

The templates are clean and incredibly easy to customize, but the best part is the support team. We needed assistance with some customizations, and the team was extremely responsive and helpful throughout. Amazing product and even better team behind it. Had a unique case where we needed some customization based on conditional logic and their team was able to guide us all the way from start to finish. Hard to give a good review. Their templates are amazing, but its been over a year now for them to fix the abandoned checkout automation. Which is still not working as they refuse to give it priority.

I am a customer of Forsberg+two for years now. I love how the converted the standard Shopify confirmation email into a work of art - that is enticing and actually contributes to the positive anticipation that a customer should have while receiving a purchase. Will recommend.

The emails dont work with shopify's new workflow system but the company doesn't tell you that. They Misinform you and also tell you they are working on adding that support and then do nothing and take your money. The customer support is terrible. After trying to contact them about the ETA of the added support they blanked me several time. just not responding. Then they cancelled my subscription without my prior confirmation leaving me completely high and dry with all my email notifications. This company appears to be full of idiots including the owner Bjorn whos only issue was that fact i called one of his staff an idiot for what they had done. Failing to realise the gravity of anything his staff had done prior to cause such an outburst. Avoid the headache avoid this app like the plague. be warned

What impressed me the most was the excellent customer support – I had a specific question about using Liquid code in the order confirmation email, and the team responded super fast with the perfect solution. Pros: * Templates are well structure and look great. * Editing them is easy. * You can add a link so the customer can download a PDF invoice. Cons: * Some templates dont work with Marketing Automations in Shopify which they dont mention. For instance the abandoned cart template. * Its a bit pricey just for some email templates. * You have to copy and paste every single template over to Shopify which there are at least 30. its quite monotonous. I assume you have to do this whenever there's an update also. This alone is almost a concern not to purchase. The major concern is it doesn't state that it doesn't work with Marketing automation in Shopify. Pretty big fly in the soup.

I love the way how Orderly Emails makes the communication with my clients better. I have a company based on Shopify, and am integrating different download, invoice and manual links into my order confirmation email through Orderly, and it works seamlessly. What is also outstanding, is their customer service. They are fast, professional, human and very solution oriented. Kudos to them!

Good App, that's on the whole simple to use. Where we have introduced complexity, the Orderly (FORSBERG+two) team have been brilliant in helping us out. Quick to respond, seamless transfer of knowledge between different team members, and endlessly patient.
