It started great when we were onboarded, however over the last few weeks we have sent several email requests for support, and no one has got back to us. As such we're not moving over to another app. Such a shame!

Don't fall for advertised "Priority Dedicated Support" customer service is terrible, hasn't responded to any of the email sent to them, app does not work as advertised. AVOID this app!!!

Don't use the free option; the currency selector will appear on your store, but you will lose money because it won't work in checkout. Today, we lost $200 from one order because the app doesn't calculate the price in foreign currency in the checkout page.

Great app. Responsive customer service. All customer support representatives are very helpful and efficient in setting up the converter and helping with customization and custom changes! I highly recommend it.

Just installed this app and it looks really sharp. Best thing was support team- I ended up uninstalling a few currency apps prior to trying this one because the support was really slow. This app had a live chat and I got my set up completed immediately. Thanks!
