Colaboradores super engajados, comprometidos, proativos, rápidos, atenciosos, agem como se fossem amigos dos parceiros. Sei que estamos pagando pelo serviço, mas vocês vão além. Hoje minha experiência foi com o ISAK. Fantástico. Parecia que a loja era dele...sentimento de dono ao extremo. Espero que Deus me abençoe e eu prospere nesse projeto da minha loja e se isso acontecer, gostaria de visitar a Dsers, tamanho o ecantamento que causaram nestes primeiros contatos. Sandy was outstanding if This customer service was the best I have ever received in my life and I also work in the customer service field and it gets draining and annoying, but Sandy was very patient with me and guided me through the entire process. I sent a message and got an immediate response from Sandy, I did not even have time to click away from my tab because I thought it would take some time before I got a response. Anyways, I had a pressing concern about how payments were processed as this is my first experience with dropshipping and all the logistics overwhelmed me but Sandy answered all my questions in detail. Incredible response team and got great help. Customer service is top notch.

Sylvia attended to me very well and quickly asked for all the requirements to resolve my problem, she was super kind and agile, she managed to help me correct a wrong configuration that was hiding my orders. Thank you very much and excellent service!

I couldn't find a way to adjust the Compare-at price in DSers after pushing to my store, and Sylvia from DSers helped me to do that, even though it required operation in Shopify itself and not in their app. She was very friendly and nice. Highly recommended!

So far, so good. Seems to work really well! I had some problems with imports in not being able to move my imports to my products and contacted Dser through messenger. Lennon was very patient with my befuddlement and fixed it pronto! Thank you, Lennon!

I love the Dsers app. It simplifies things greatly for me. I could not run my high volume store with it! It is the best app.
