I had an amazing support from Fiona, who has helped me so much being friendly and patient, fixing a huge problem.

Fiona was amazing at dealing with my issue. She competently and quickly helped with an order Aliexpress had refunded cause the seller had not sent the order in time. I then was able to change the supplier and place the order through another supplier and hopefully customer won't realise there has been an issue. I cannot fault the support received so far from DSers.

Pretty easy to use and their customer service is amazing. Very fast response time with very patient and informative reps. I recommend using it a lot!
