We are relatively new to Drip, and have been really pleased with our decision to move across - the people and the support have been top class, also we have been on a number of training sessions as part of our start-up phase which has increased both our knowledge and the effectiveness of our email strategy. We are already seeing the positive results in our email metrics. I would highly recommend Drip to those of you who are sending out regular emails with no real plan or breakthrough strategy - the people at Drip will guide you along to a new journey of success.

I would recommend Drip above any other provider I've used, and as a MarTech consultant... I've used a lot. Far and above Klaviyo and Mailchimp, in my opinion. Their automation is really powerful and allows me (and my clients) to really finetune the customer experience for where THEY are in their journey with the brand. Drip stands out because many CRM/email providers are either highly technical (meaning you need the tech savvy) OR are very easy to use but lack great features. Drip is the only provider I've found that can do great with "easy button" items out-the-box, but also has a robust back-end that allows for more complex editing. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

We went from sending all emails on hubspot -> using drip which saves us a few thousand dollars each month. Drip is easy to use, aesthetics and function of the platform are great, and their support chat is soooo helpful. They're available almost instantly during their work hours. It's been a lean yet powerful email marketing tool for us as a growing start up! Can't recommend enough

Intuitive and easy to use. It has a lot of things in a single app, so cart abandonment, product recommendations, etc. not just a pop up. It is expensive but it saves hours per month, so it more than makes up for it.

We migrated over from another ecomm email service and have been incredibly impressed with the customer service and simplicity to use. Highly recommend for the best bang for the buck.

Drip is the most powerful advanced tool I've ever used for our business. It tracks your customer journey including the pages and products they visited even if they haven't purchased yet. I love the feature as it visually gives me a wide visual picture overview of each person on a timeline. Their support team has always been helpful and responsive when I've reached out or got stuck on something technical. I highly recommend this for all Shopify stores who want to take their business to the next level.

Drip has been a solid backbone to build excellent post-purchase automation. Their workflows also allow us to build "intelligent" campaigns instead of just sending a series of emails that is responsive to customers' decisions and preferences. Drip is an excellent marketing automation tool. It's both simple to use out of the box, and is highly customizable to fit all of our complex needs. We love the split testing features, as well as the data visualizations provided to highlight what's working and what has room to improve. We've always had great experience with Support & the technical team — anytime we have a question, they work with us right away. They're constantly releasing improvements and new useful features, which means the platform and available tools just keep getting better. Drip has become a very reliable revenue generator for our company. Highly recommend.

Drip is the best email marketing software we have ever used, its the perfect cross between MailChimp (the visuals and ease of use) and Hubspot (the CRM and advanced capacities). Visually it's a treat to work with and the team is constantly coming out with updates and improvements, never stagnant. Highly reccommend.

I've been using Drip for over 4 months now, and I'm in love. I was able to get valuable automated flows running in a few days that have consistently driven sales for me, as well as giving me easy and quick ways to send out broadcast messages to my customers - using fantastic filtering/targeting criteria. And when I've needed support, the Drip team is always ready in the Live Chat - and they're super nice to talk to while quickly helping me solve problems or challenges. Can't recommend this app enough - More than worth it!
