Good app and excellent customer service. An error had occurred in the app settings, customer service helped me with this perfectly and fixed it for me nicely, the app itself works very well for preventing chargebacks and keeping your dispute rate low, they are definitely the best out there Thanks for the great service Disputifier!

To be honest, it's technical to set it up. But I'm 100% sure these guys know what they are doing and they want YOU to get the best possible performance and customer experience possible. I love the shipping notifications that tracks every dispute and informs customers automatically. I think this app is undervalued. The features are insane and they do work. I think the UI/UX can be improved a little more. But the service is INSANE. A few meetings with Chris and his 14+ years experience in ecom and everything was set up and running in 30 min. There are alternatives, but they fancy a beautiful UI/UX, I bet their performance is worse than Disputifier. Install this app, ask Chris to do a setup and you are good to go.

Disputifier is easily the best company for handling chargebacks and alerts. I’ve used them across a few stores now, and the experience has been excellent. They’re always quick to answer any questions I have and explain things clearly. Super helpful team they've definitely saved our brand a lot of time, stress, and headaches. 100% recommend their services! 10/10 !!!

How this helpful when it basically reports every 4-5 orders as 'high risk' which are not high risk? I can't imagine the damage it would do to a small business if sellers cancel orders based on this app.

I had a very disappointing experience with the app. The app automatically overcharges for alerts—even when the alerts are mismatched—which led to unexpected costs. Moreover, customer support is virtually non-existent. After onboarding, I found that responses were extremely slow, sometimes only receiving one message per hour or even per day. the app is riddled with bugs. Despite having a set limit that shouldn’t allow refunds for orders above $80, they still processed a refund for a $400 order, no accountability. billing is unclear, they force you to set up minimum limit charge of $90,000 in shopify no option to set a lower limit. basically can empty you acct and then you wait for them to beg for refund.

If a customer files a dispute while the package is in transit, they will automatically refund the customer, which will contribute to your losses and can Aid in customer fraud attempts. Additionally, they won't be able to resolve the issue for you, and you will still be charged the fee.

dont use this. they will auto refund customers if thier app "thinks" its a "fraudluent charge" had multiple customers emailing us asking why their order got cancelled. unable to receive a clear answer from the support. beware.

Don't bother with these thieves. They overbilled me $600 and refunded me. But had I not brought it up there is no way to know if they would've refunded those at all. Sad that I had to reach out to get it refunded. Don't see this app lasting much longer.

Stay away from this shady app. They duplicated some of my charges, so I had to reach out for a refund. If I had not reached out I doubt I would've gotten a refund. Pay attention. One of the most slimy and dishonest apps I ever used. Complete garbage stay away from these thieves!

This is the worst app you could ever use. These people are THIEVES and overcharge. I would use chargeflow instead of this app. Ignore these fake 5 star reviews. Be very careful! This app should be removed.
