I needed some help setting up the widget that encourages customers to buy using quantity discounts, and Pearl was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and lightning-fast in explaining how to configure it. WOW!!! What an exceptional experience I had this evening! I had the DISTINCT pleasure of working with Pearl to customize a widget on my site. First it needs to be noted that I reached out on chat about 11 p.m. NEVER expecting someone to actually answer but Pearl jumped right on. Not only did she fix my issue but she went above and beyond and customized it in my brand colors!
