I installed this app expecting fair and transparent pricing, but it turned out to be very misleading. The pricing plans clearly list storage and downloads, yet they completely omit any mention of bandwidth limits — one of the most important factors for apps like this. When I asked support about it, they admitted that every plan is limited to 1TB of bandwidth per month, and any usage beyond that is charged extra. This information is not displayed anywhere on the pricing page, only hidden in their “policy” section, which most users will never read before subscribing. This is deceptive. Shopify’s rules require that all usage-based limits (like bandwidth, storage, or API calls) be clearly stated before purchase, not discovered after you’ve already paid. Their support tried to justify it by saying it’s a “fair use policy” and not a scam — but hiding extra costs in fine print is the definition of a lack of transparency. Shopify should review this app immediately for compliance and misleading pricing practices. I do not recommend this app to anyone until they fix this and make their bandwidth policy clearly visible in the plan descriptions.

Incredible app, the experience is fantastic, license keys perfectly handled everything is well thouhght. Recommend for any digital product.

Very good app! However, a few important features are still missing, such as filtering customers who have not downloaded the file. These customers could request a refund simply because they overlooked the email. With many orders, we have to constantly click through the lists to find these customers. An automation feature would be even better. If a customer has not downloaded the file after x days, they receive a reminder. Otherwise, really good!

This app has worked really well for our store so far. Customer service is very quick and efficient! John helped us verify our store within seconds.

have been using the app for a few weeks now and everything is so smooth and works really well. We had a few small issues while getting all of our files loaded in but customer service has been outstanding. Mateo has helped me with everything and always replies extremely quickly. This is the go to app for digital downloads of any kind.

The support has always been very fast and helpful. Today was our first sale and Theo gave me instructions quickly so I could import an order and send out customer files. Looking forward to future orders that are 100% automated. :-)

A real person answers the chat, and they always answer right away. It's so helpful and so refreshing to not be chatting with a BOT! Highly recommend.

I love how simple this app is. I tried two other apps before finding BIG digital. This one has the downloads available right after checkout which was a big part of what I was looking for. Filemonk didn't seem to have that option and then Alva showed they did but I couldn't even find the option to enable it anywhere in my theme app settings or in their app. I did have to upgrade my customer checkout experience to properly integrate this app with my store but it was super easy, just the click of a button in my Check Out section of my settings. Support was really quick with responding unlike the other two apps I tried. Literally instant! Thank you Big Digital! Already upgraded because of how wonderful support was and how easy it's been to get everything working with my site!

Easy to start using and add my files to. I haven't had any sales just yet, but great customer service and friendly. App seems to be just what I was looking for!
