This app has made a huge difference to how we manage orders. We offer both local delivery and shipping so being able to let customers choose their delivery method and select a date at checkout has been really helpful. The postcode checker is great too with the maps API — it stops people selecting local delivery if they’re not actually in our delivery radius. What I really want to mention though is the support. I’ve used the live chat quite a few times and every single time they’ve been super quick and helpful. They even helped me change the design to better match our website, and even helped me install the maps API. It’s rare to get that kind of service. If you offer local delivery, especially with set delivery zones or date options, I’d definitely recommend this.

Great tool and super helpful support chat! I'm only doing 4 stars instead of 5, because there's no feature to create more than one pickup slot interval. For example, right now you can do 15min slots from 12PM-6PM (random time). But if I wanted to break that window into two, for example 15min slots from 12PM-2PM and then 15min slots from 4PM-6PM, there's no way to do so. There's a custom option where you can choose multiple windows (like 3PM-6PM) but no individual time slots within. Hopefully there will be soon!

DingDoong has been the perfect solution for my small bakery! This shopify application is a blessing for the stores doing local deliveries. Functionally, this application is a complete package. They have taken care of all sorts of peculiar requirements which a store owner might have. On top of that their support is fantastic. It’s a simple yet effective feature that enhances both the customer experience and my store's efficiency. The customer service from Joy has been very helpful as well.

Most importantly - App works as designed. There could be some features that make this app my go to, but those seem like shopify platform restriction. Instructions are very clear with lots of details on documentation. In cases where additional help needed, Support Team (Vincent) was very responsive, helpful and transparent about what can and cannot be done. Very important for us. If the app functionality matches with your requirements this is definitely a great app to consider.
