Great app with reasonable pricing. As a small store, we needed a delivery date picker that also supports surcharge on selected dates, and Dingdong Delivery Date App fits our requirements perfectly. We did encounter an issue where the widget did not appear in our Ajax cart. I contacted support and received a very quick response. Special thanks to Lynn for helping to resolve the issue efficiently. Overall, a very useful app with responsive support. Highly recommended for small businesses.

We've been using the DingDoong app for a while now, and it's one of the best decisions we've made for our Shopify store. Getting it set up was quick, but the real power is in how much you can fine-tune everything. For our local flower business, being able to set specific delivery zones (so we don't accidentally promise a delivery to the other side of the city!) and create custom delivery time slots has been essential. We can easily block out public holidays or days we're closed, which sounds simple, but other apps made it so complicated. Plus, the support team is responsive and actually helpful. When we had a question, we got a real answer from someone who understood what we were trying to do. If you're a local business that juggles deliveries, this app just works. Highly recommend it.

We have used the app for years and have been very happy with it. Quick and easy to set up to get you up and running fast, but with lots of options to fine tune your delivery and pick-up preferences including delivery window times, closed days (if your store is closed certain days of the week), location delivery options (so your not delivering out of your delivery area)holiday & vacation black out days and a lot more.
