Awesome Sauce!!! This app was like finding GOLD! Love it because the possibilities are pretty much endless. Also, the customer service support team does a great job. They are always willing to help and even share extra tips. Highly recommend trying them out.

The app is great and has a lot of potential. It is quite complex to use and requires a lot of time to get familiar with, which is understandable given its many features. This app needs good and active customer service that is easily accessible. Unfortunately, my experiences with technical support have been poor. I have had several instances where I waited several days for a response to a simple question, and it feels like they are impossible to reach and uninterested in helping. This is a shame because the app itself is good, but the complex features require customer support that is readily available and willing to help.

Love this app . its very powerful and not easy at first, but the team is great and always ready to help , when creating designs or playing with templates i just wish there was a bit more details on what does what , but so far i love what this app can do and priovide.

Thank you for creating this app. I am new and just learning how to use it. The Youtube videos are great. The Live sessions are very informative. I needed more understanding about the app than the support person could convey to me, so they set me up for a live one on one training call. That call was Awesome. Plenty of help available if you need it. I am glad I choose to use this app and highly recommend it.

Although there is a huge learning curve for this app, and it's a bit pricey, the customer support is second to none! They go above and beyond to help me 'fix' my designs, which I almost always have to do. I also think the graphics and capabilities far surpass other customization apps. I appreciate having a weekly live class to attend and rely heavily on the YouTube replays.

It is not user-friendly. Confusing operation. It is not working properly. It takes time to load up. Poor customer support. Worst app ever.

Installed the app 1 week ago but still can't use it. Emailed support but it's been a week and still no simple error fix even though the fees are quite expensive. I have never seen an app with such poor support. Apps often provide support within just a few hours

I've been using Customily for a little over a month, and they may have the best support team out of any app I've used. They have guided me through every speedbump / issue I have faced and I can't thank them enough. The app has a small learning curve, but it is extremely powerful! Amazing App!! This has help me elevate my designs with the personalization options and the library of clipart available. The best part is the customer can see exactly what they are getting on screen as they make their selections and it takes out the back and forth contact with them confirming their order.

Fantastic customer service from this app. Best I've ever received since starting my store 6 years ago. Great app, does what it says on the tin. Very happy customer. Sorted out a little problem I originally had, but this was my error and confusion. All was sorted. Highly recommend!
