Absolutely horrendous customer support; I have tried to reach them since April 2023 to help me troubleshoot ([email protected]). None of my reviews show up on the testimonials page. Not sure if it is a code problem or something else (I've copied/pasted their exact custom code for my store). Originally, individual NPS reviews showed up fine, and after some time they stopped displaying. Given the absolute lack of support, there is no way I would sign up to any of their plans and cannot recommend using them. I'm hopeful they will be able to help, and I'm willing to update this review when the time comes; until then, it is zero stars.

I have had customer guru for a while on our website now. Its lovely, as it gets customers to try out products. The only reason I gave it 4 starts is so they can maybe improve the appearance of their comments. Contine the good work! Thanks

We love hearing customer reviews, good or bad, so collecting feedback via this app helps us to become a better company. A lot of our orders are bespoke which can take upto 28 days to fulfil, so it would be nice if we could change the scheduling of the automated emails to better fit our style of business.

Awesome app. Would suggest a little bit more customization of the email template for better branding, CSV export of data, and NPS by segment rather than just the graphs.
