Really good app. Allows us to see in real time where customers are on our site, what stage during the basket to checkout they are at. It allows us to learn more about what their visiting, what items they got to checkout but didn't convert, allowing us to measure, tweak and improve the site etc.

I use this app and have used for it several months. It is an easy, fast way to see a customers journey through my shop. It is not expensive And service is top notch. It is really easy to configure and they get back to you very fast when you ask a question.
