Post Purchase Survey adds a short survey to your Thank You page, shown after an order is placed. Ask how customers heard about you, why they bought or what almost stopped them, using multiple choice, checkbox, dropdown or open questions. Each answer is saved with its order and the customer's email, so you can compare marketing channels by orders. Run surveys in several languages, export answers to CSV and sync them to Klaviyo. The survey loads after payment and does not affect checkout.
