The app itself is good, but the support is disappointing; whenever an issue comes up, you are redirected to Shopify support without a thorough check, only to be sent back again, and the loop continues.

Game changer for complex shop translations in bulk! I used the more expensive Premium Account for the openAI API connection and chatgpt 4.1. Just had to add some context of my shop and products and all translations were just awesome, natural wording and no errors. The default AI model is slightly worse, so it depends on the shop quality you want to achieve, but this tool delivers.
