Our store was running into too many issues with another forms app, so we migrated over to Qikify Form Builder. The app is easy to use, functions as it should, and gets the job done. Being able to designate a unique email address for a specific form is particularly useful. Customer service was also very supportive and responsive. However, the app would be perfect if it allowed for email subject line customization & changing the sender’s email (or at least allowing the sender name to show up as Store Name instead of Qikify in your inbox).

I was really stuck and needed help figuring out my "Contact Us" form on my Shopify store and what I did wrong in setting it up. Miley was a huge, huge help. Very easy & straight forward to build forms. I had an issue with getting the emails working correctly. Arian was very helpful and supportive and pointed me in the right direction. All now working fine. So for me great support and a great App.
