What Merchants Think

The "Click & Drop" app has received mixed feedback from merchants. While some users find it to be a lifesaver in automating aspects of their shipping processes, others express significant dissatisfaction due to integration issues and a lack of features that should be standard for seamless operation with Shopify. The inconsistency in performance and lack of a fully integrated system are frequent points of concern.

Key Strengths

  • Saves time by automating parts of the shipping process.
  • Good for managing orders when setup properly.
  • Offers high insurance levels for shipments.
  • Supportive for small businesses with appropriate use and setup.

Common Concerns

  • Frequent syncing issues with Shopify, leading to duplicate orders.
  • Lack of full integration; requires navigating away from Shopify to a separate website.
  • Does not automatically update order statuses to "Delivered" in Shopify.
  • Customer service is seen as inadequate and unresponsive.
  • Limited to importing orders within a 7-day window, restricting flexibility for some businesses.

Final Thoughts

Overall, the "Click & Drop" app has potential but currently underdelivers for many of its users. It provides benefits to businesses through time-saving automation but falls short in integration and operational consistency, particularly with Shopify. Many merchants would prefer a more seamless and reliable service, even if it involves a cost, rather than dealing with the current limitations and issues.

Works as it should. Shame it doesn't pull through customs data from product variants (it looks like you can add SKUs directly in to Click and Drop but then we're duplicating data which we always try and avoid).
