Actually had my issue resolved within a couple of hours, rather than being palmed off back to Shopify or another app (which is what I've come to expect from most support services).

Jeanette was very helpful in troubleshooting my issue. Zapiet is now installed and is the solution to my issue around being able to offer Pickup only for specific products offered through my Shopify store.

Best apps for the schedule calendar and deliveries. It has many options and not many limitations. The support staff is also super friendly and responds quick.

Straightforward to use and their helpdesk is always quick to help! Some functionalities could be perfected (like setting restrictions based on Collections, not every single product separately), but overall a good app, works well with Intuitive Shipping for calculating our delivery rates, as well as setting up some special delivery rates (festive etc.) :)

The support staff are always so helpful and willing to investigate any problem you're having. Love it!

Jessica with Zapiet is one of the best support agents/experiences I've ever had. We have a lot of apps that we use with Shopify and every time I need help I email and immediately get a response and she even makes updates for me which is super helpful when we're moving quickly and time is limited. The solution is super flexible and has worked perfectly for our complex shipping and delivery needs. I HIGHLY recommend using this app.

We've had some trouble at times but customer support has been really responsive and helpful in fixing things. I talked to Stephane for a while this morning and they were very patient and detailed with instructions to help fix an ordering issue we were running into.
