We are excited to use Casa Loyalty - we have been using a paper punch card for many years and this will be the perfect option to transition to. Hamza has been very helpful throughout the process and has made things very easy to understand.

The overall onboarding experience is well organized. You just need to familiarize yourself with your store's backend system, other than that. Everything is right on par, and Ateeb was so patient with me... So, kudos to the team for their unwavering support.
