Sienna, Mia and Hazel were incredibly helpful in helping up set up our loyalty programme. They went to all ends to make sure we got exactly what we needed, and with a great attitude!

Great App so far, what made me choose Bon was the multi-language support right out of the box. Setting it up was a breeze once you understand the UI and the best part on getting started was the support, they do not guide you to articles they just help right away, especially Hazel and Sunny

We love this so far! It's been straightforward and simple to setup, and works well for both our website and POS. We had to switch to BON because our last loyalty app wasn't working with POS anymore. The team at BON helped us get setup and transfer all customer data over smoothly! Support is great and has been available in case we needed help. We haven't had any problems so far.

We've just installed this app and I'm already very impressed. The platform is very easy to use, the onboarding has been smooth, and the best part has been the fantastic support we've received from the moment we joined. Sienna stepped in right away to say hello, even without my request, and made sure we had all the information we needed to complete the onboarding.

IM NOT VERY COMPUTER LITERATE, BUT THE WHOLE TEAM IN BON LOYALTY IS VERY HELPFUL. Bon Loyalty and the team were really patient, friendly and helpful all the way in "walking" me through all the set up process. Very helpful staff.

After an extensive search and comparing a ton of apps, I decided on BON for my loyalty program. For me it was important to be able to have an easy start with a lot o features and to have the ability to translate the app. BON is everything mentioned and more. I especially love the fast and knowledgeable support team (Mia, Hazel, Courtney, Cara). Docs are pretty good, but the team is always ready to jump in and help, which is amazing.

I think the support is really good. I haven't used the app yet (just subscribed) but setting up is very user friendly. I needed some help with multi language and Hazel helped me very well :)

Just set it up an hour ago so we haven't used it for long but it looks very promising indeed. Thank you Sienna for your patience and helping us getting all set up.

We have had very good and fast service and the staff has been so helpful if my team has had any questions. They answer me in seconds and I we can't find an answer right away, they always get back to us later and finish it off well!
