Cara was incredibly helpful via chat! She answered all of my questions, solved a problem I could not figure out. She even sent a video to explain how to manage the app on our POS. The app is very easy to set up, not like some of the others available which i had to then delete because it got to complicated, this app did the hard work for me i just had to do some design and rules for it to work how i needed it for my shop, Hazel helped me every step of the way, she was always available and made sure to follow up.

It’s incredibly user-friendly and, most importantly, comes with a beautiful and well-designed UI. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the features – everything feels intentional and intuitive. Unlike many other apps where even small changes like color or translations require a support ticket, BON gives you full control right out of the box. And at an unbeatable price. The German translations are not so good, but you can overwrite them yourself. The app is a clear recommendation for everyone!
