Just started using and they were super helpful! (It's a Sunday and still getting superb support... yes, sadly I work weekends - welcome to being a PhD student with a side job in web development... thank you for all your help but I hope you get some rest at some point Cara), so far BON seems to be great! I hope it lives up to what my expectations have been set at so far - will come back with an update (if I don't forget) soon!!! - Would recommend. 9/10

Took a day for me to set it up, whilst it's missing some features that would have been good to have, it's been quite simple to use so far. Hazel has been assisting me with the setup and was able to help get the kinks out from all the issues with the POS and loyalty page setup.
