Even if the app requires some customisation to work well and some settings might be hard to find, Hazel's support has been great and helped us launch on a tight deadline.

Phenomenal app, really helpful and most importantly amazing customer support, Hazel was more than helpful, she integrated files for me and answered all question super fast! She is the best!!

This app has everything we required at a fair price. I've received great support and migration assistance. Aster has been very helpful answering questions without delay and addressing the little details. I've sampled almost every loyalty app in the Shopify store and I think we've finally found a home.

Hazel helped out with some issues, response time was in seconds so that is a really good thing. Have to see how the app is working in the up-coming months, but for now it has been great.
