A very pleasant experiment, the application interface is very easy to understand and can be quickly set up and personalized according to your needs. When I wanted to remove the app logo, Jean responded very quickly and completed my request in less than a minute. Highly recommended!

I'm just testing the app, but it seems great! I needed help customizing a few things, and the response from customer service was immediate (via chat, with Hazel being very helpful). The app is awesome, and all the features are exactly what I need for my business. I will definitely upgrade to the premium plan.

In my opinion, the best loyalty app for Shopify is one where the customer service is highly responsive and the app can be tailored by them to meet your specific needs.

Absolutely superb! The functionality of Bon Loyalty versus the many other loyalty apps we looked at is second to none. And the free version works right out of the box for startups. Also a big shout out to Maxxie who gave a brilliant demo for us and also helped us with support questions. This has been the easiest app so far and we have many to source and install. 5 star useability and 5 star service!
