The app itself, is very comprehensive and the process to customize it is well organized. I did it in one evening. For me, I want to prioritize the referral program and asked a customer service rep, Mia, if there was a way to move the referral section to a more prominent spot on the page. Mia informed me, I could build the page with blocks, just like any other Shopify page! I was blown away at how easy it was, and there were screen shots I could use to follow along. Amazing!

Very pleased with this app and its capabilities. We have alot of different customer groups and needed to pay a nominal amount for some custom work to exclude some of our customer groups. If we wanted to spend a bit more down the line to cutomise it even further they really can do anything but our point was to keep costs back and soem of htese loyalty apps are very costly. As a small business adding a Loyalty app to offer discount to our customers is abig deal and could not spend a fortune on the functionality to do so. Its been a tricky set up all round with shopify, other apps as well as Bon to gt it to function but as is everything with our business but the Bon team have been amazing and patient with us! Dealt with Maxxie & Sophie alot who were both superstars. Highly recomend.
