I downloaded this app and had some questions. I contacted the help center (Louis), and he was very helpful and professional in his answers. A great team and a great app!

I have no knowledge of this topic, and they have been super helpful so far. The app also helped me with fraudulent orders that I have been receiving. I totally recommend.

The app seems great but the reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because it cannot block a person's name, which is what I really need. Other than that, I like it. The customer service that they provide is helpful too. I'm hoping that they will work on a way to block a person's name and if that happens, the app will be perfect.

I have used blockify for several years now and it works great. Customer service is excellent. Vincent really help us out very quickly and provided some good pointers to get us a better setup.

It was good to experience live support - Zoe was excellent - even though today was Saturday. I'll looking to upgrade to a paid plan soon.

The app seems really good with analytics much deeper than native Shopify. The support was fast and effective when I had questions and needed help. I have not yet had enough time to figure out if it affects natural traffic as some people allude to, but I have also not heavily blocked a lot of incoming visitors i.e. blocking VPN's and the like. So far, it works well, was simply to set up and offered good and friendly service.
