For more than a year, we have been battling persistent spam sign-ups. They've easy to spot, as they're only created with bogus email addresses on the aol.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com, and yahoo.com domains, and almost always have 3 numeric digits embedded in the email prefix. Most recently, we've also been getting accounts created with a first name only with the city/state always being Toronto, Canada. Still, removing them takes a lot of manual labor to manage. Florence was extremely helpful in explaining the differences in each setting, making several recommendations for keeping the bots and fraudsters away.

Set up was quick and straight forward. We are able to block visitors based on ip of fraudulent users, and block checkout based on a variety of parameters. We can also witelist users if we choose to. The support is great, they quickly route you to a human support person, and don't waste your time with an AI widget who can't fully understand your question. Each person I've engaged with gave us clear recommendations on optimizations to make based on our needs and suspicious activity. Delivers great value, would definitely recommend.

I just installed this app so I don't have longterm experience, but Sophia was a total rockstar in using her VPN to show me that the app was working from various countries. Super fast and friendly. Give Sophia a raise! :)
