Great customer service from Esther at Blockify. Requested to have AI bots added to an allow list and it was handled within a few minutes.

The set up was simple and the customer service is excellent. They checked my set up and made a suggestion that helps with bots. So far it’s working well. Update: I removed it, it was blocking all my traffic and marking it as fraud, even after I adjusted my settings.

We installed Blockify to deal with bot traffic and unwanted overseas visitors, and it’s been solid so far. The country blocking works as expected, the interface is straightforward, and it’s easy to set up without needing to touch code or DNS settings. Even on the free plan, it gives you meaningful control and peace of mind, especially for an AU-only Shopify store. It’s helped reduce junk traffic and suspicious behaviour without affecting real customers or SEO. Support has also been responsive and helpful when needed. Cam is amazing!! her support is second to none without her we would be lost trying to work out what we need to do! Would definitely recommend Blockify to any Shopify store looking for simple, effective fraud and bot protection.

I really wanted to add the BLOCKIFY App to my Shopify store, after having for almost 2 months thousands of bots from China trying to invade my store. This app doesn't work. We signed up for the Enterprise tier.... but we still get bot abandoned checkouts and page views. Not worth the time or money. I've got screenshots, but they conveniently cannot be uploaded.
