Thanks to Blockify for helping to protect stores where Shopify frankly fails. We were getting millions of site visitor's a day, who sadly weren't real customers! The app and support of the team has stopped this and we are now trying a feature to reduce the bot checkouts with the of the Blockify team. They are always very responsive, thank you.

I'm using the free version so can't comment on most of the features, but I will say that customer service is exceptional!

We recently encountered increased fraud attempts from foreign countries. Blockify’s blocking filters helped us to stop this fraudulent activity and better secure our website. Blockify’s customer service was very helpful in answering our questions and assisting us with the correct blocking filters needed for our website.

New on the app as I got a bot messing up my checkout cart, as soon as we installed it I needed customer support. Great engagement with customer support and also they were able to give me feedback right away about my issue.

Tracy's support is very quick, the app is quite good, has many functions, I'm trying it out and it's working great.

For more than a year, we have been battling persistent spam sign-ups. They've easy to spot, as they're only created with bogus email addresses on the aol.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, outlook.com, and yahoo.com domains, and almost always have 3 numeric digits embedded in the email prefix. Most recently, we've also been getting accounts created with a first name only with the city/state always being Toronto, Canada. Still, removing them takes a lot of manual labor to manage. Florence was extremely helpful in explaining the differences in each setting, making several recommendations for keeping the bots and fraudsters away.

We’ve used Blockify for years and it’s always worked really well. Support is great too. Lina helped me out super quickly and gave some useful advice to improve our setup.
