We've been using BIK for more than a year. I enjoy using the App for our day to day Customer affairs. Cons: 1. There is no feature to search using a keyword in the chats. This feature could help a lot. 2. Template block is required before sending CSAT. Based on experience, the hit rate is very less due to this block. The whatsapp failure rate seems higher on BiK than other apps, and the campaigns were not set up properly, it kept failing. While the idea of having all modes together is useful like whatsapp, email and Instagram — my experience was not good with BiK.

Bik automation is very helpful for automating WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns, bringing them all into one place. Sarangi is also very helpful when we're stuck while creating campaigns, and she even creates the campaigns on our behalf if we're unable to do so.

It's surprisingly better than what I expected. The app is user-friendly for a person like me who has very little tech knowledge. The journeys, pop-ups, and campaigns have a lot of optimizations compared to other providers. The onboarding experience & support have been very good in communicating (Kudos to Sarangi).
