We've been using BIK for more than a year. I enjoy using the App for our day to day Customer affairs. Features I'm happy about: 1. Smooth functioning. Easy to interact with the customers over messages over WhatsApp 2. The Support team is very prompt in responding and assisting. 3. Journeys are easy to be created from scratch and modify anytime. 4. Shopify integration is seamless, making it easy to share the product details. Suggestions: 1. Feature to search using a keyword in the chats. 2. A feature to close the Spam tickets without sending CSAT 3. The appearance of IG, WA, FB and Email can be tailored to stand out, as customer behavior varies across all four platforms

We've been using BIK for more than a year. I enjoy using the App for our day to day Customer affairs. Cons: 1. There is no feature to search using a keyword in the chats. This feature could help a lot. 2. Template block is required before sending CSAT. Based on experience, the hit rate is very less due to this block. Direct CSAT is what can drive the Hit rate and capture customer feedbacks. Same applies to NPS as well. Pros: 1. Smooth functioning. Easy to interact with the customers over messages over WhatsApp 2. The Support team is very prompt in responding and assisting. 3. Journeys are easy to be created from scratch and modify anytime. 4. The platform has been efficient to solve for our prelimiary requirements and the team has also been helpful in accomodating requests and answering queries. Even if direct solutions to some aren't available, a workaround is proposed. Especially when it comes to WhatsApp marketing, it has given us room to experiment.
