Absolutely horrible experience with our Brand Nutrispray. - They take 3 months advance, since they know their customer support and onboarding is horrible. Brand cannot get this money back. - Their onboarding team is horrible - Took 2 weeks and still couldnt onboard our journey messages - The marketing promises made by Mr Prem Kisan were all false. We said the 1 thing important to us was customer support and Onboarding support. They put a largely incompetent team that would setup calls after work hours - They seem to be understaffed. We requested Twice for a change in Support manager, unfortunately no one was allocated. DONOT GO TO BIK. Its a complete loss of your 3 month amount.

Extremely disappointing experience with Bik Marketing. They have no transparency in their processes and a very poor customer relationship management team. The moment a problem arises, they completely wash their hands off the situation instead of taking responsibility. As a customer, you’re left stranded with no support. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before relying on them.

Very poor service. I installed and used it for 1 month, after trial ended, no one from their team mail/msg us. Our customer stopped getting delivery confirmation msg. When I talk to them on customer care, they were lazy replies, after 24hrs they said I have to opt fro $200 plan, before that we have set auto billing method, they said you have to increase limit and later said $200 pre-paid plan. If you are serious d2c brand, don't use them.
