However, when I reached out via chat, Ricky from their support team was incredibly helpful. He spent over an hour explaining everything in detail and optimizing my store. The results were immediate—my store’s speed improved, and the images looked great even after optimization. Thanks to Ricky’s excellent support, I plan to continue using Avada SEO Suite. When installed, I actually only had one tiny hiccup that Audrey sorted out for me within 5 minutes - exceptional service and she knew exactly what I meant even though speaking in my non IT terminology. I would highly recommend Avada (they even do this cool thing where they duplicate your store once elements have been installed) there are other neat things to this app that I will also be taking full advantage of.
