I love this Avada SEO Optimizer, this app does more than speed and SEOs. this app helps with Google search engines, Breadcrumbs, Image problems, Key word fixes, and Google structure data. That can get tricky if you do not know what you are doing. If you don't know what that is, this helps marking up your website content so AI and search engines (Microsoft, Google, Bing and others) can better understand it. This can boost your site's ranking in search results and enhance visibility in features like Google Knowledge Panels and Google Maps. You won't be lost in the web like most other websites. AI is here, might as well make it your friend. I also had some help along the way from "Ricky from Avada." Very quick to answer my questions and concerns. Told me step by step on how to get there. and showed screenshots in case you need a picture of it. He made my life easier as I Struggle endlessly with Google console; that's now the least of my worries. So, Thank you Ricky!

My support experience with “Nim” was frustrating. Even after several requests for quicker replies, responses arrived after long gaps. I shared my checklist and screenshots and asked what else I should do, but I didn’t receive actionable, step-by-step guidance. On a paid plan, waiting this long without results isn’t acceptable. I’ve wasted time; I’m canceling my subscription and uninstalling the app. I hope response times and the quality of guidance improve.

Beyond the features and the module that offers so much value for the price, the service and support are simply perfect! A level of service that goes above and beyond all expectations!

I was having issue after uninstallation of the App, as meta data from Shopify store was not restored. the team helped me to find the issue. The issue was coming from another SEO but Avada team still helped me to remove leftover code from another SEO to restore my data. Good support! Thank you

Warning! Please read before installing. I installed this software and then uninstalled. But my shopify meta data did not restore after uninstallation. I followed the (complex) instructions given on uninstallation guide but still could not restore my original meta data. There is no way to reach App developer, they do not respond to email, their contact us and live chat button don't work. Not sure how to restore my meta data
