The problem I am facing with the app. is that I have not been able to connect more than 1 store even with upgrading to a higher subscription. The other issue is I cannot chat with help support to assist and it's very hard to get assistance. Be careful when you switch subscriptions to upgrade, they will charge you the full amount even if you have the same subscription installed. They just keep charging you every time you click on it to subscribe regardless if you have the app. installed already.

It meets the requirements of my business in terms of auto fulfillment and selection of products. A very good experience until now. Definetly recommend it

I bought a Auto DS Shopify Plan Import 200 for 200 products. However, I only import 18 listing and I can't import more. Turn out, they limit this plan to only 200 variants, not 200 listing. Everything this company mentioned are "Products" and "Listing" on their website. However, It was totally confusing because it was not correct as what they described. https://help.autods.com/account-billing/autods-subscription-plans "For example, you chose the starter 400 plan, so the maximum number of listings you can import to your store is 400, until you will upgrade your plan."

it is very easy to use even with no prior experience. the only recommendation is to make it more affordable for new users.

Takes a while to learn if you're completely new but there are plenty of material available. Customer support is quick as well and I have yet to have any problems.
