For the most part the system is straightforward and easy to use. Customer support is, at least so far, pretty helpful

I have been using AutoDS for my dropshipping business for a while now and I have to say that I am very satisfied with the platform. It has greatly simplified my life and saved me a lot of time and money.

The app is great. The support is helpful if you have issues and it is truly automatic. It's the only app i've found that you don't have to babysit the process. You do have to keep money in you wallet for the orders to be auto fulfilled. The only drawback I have found is if you use a supplier that isn't an autoDS supplier it can get complicated due to them not shipping on time or items being out of stock. Overall it's a great app if you want a set it and forget it kind of dropshipping store. Once its set up it works flawlessly with shopify.

I love that you can get a sourcing request for free without having to have any other previous sales. Also the auto fulfillment looks sick - saves a lot of headache

I don't know how to say this. I was pretty sure that Auto DS would be awesome, since all the help was provided to understand the platform,but the sourcings are done wrong and then you have to match the sourcing variants to your Store yourself which is a Pain. The sourced Variants also do not have the relevant Photos, to identify the correct variant. I was also trying to ship a product using Walmart via AutoDS. It's been 3 days and I am getting error every time, saying its variant mismatch. I have forced ordered it also since I want the same item from Walmart to be delivered in spite of variant mismatch. Also, on the same order its a stool in form of a cow order by the customer, but wrong sourcing is done of a hippopotamus. This is my first time using Auto DS and I am not at all Happy.

I would recommend this app to others because it is a great app to startdropshipping. It has features like Ads Spy, which can track down ads from Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok to let you know about competitors and learn from them. They also have great products to start my drop shipping store. These products are way better than other services. It is also easy to use and no need to complicate things. 100% recommend

Will suck your money away with shady business practices. Their platform does the BARE minimum and tries to charge you money every step of the way. If you have a problem that will take a month to resolve, you aren't able to remove your card and you can't cancel your membership, You can only "pause" your account until your next bill (which isn't really pausing) If you have any problems with this site and want it to be resolved without paying for next months bill, then you are completely out of luck and they will charge you. Their support is slow and not helpful, Their platform nickle and dimes you every chance it gets, it's predatory towards new business owners, Their automated system costs an extra monthly fee ON TOP of AI Credit points and Automated points that cost money as well for it to even function. To pay for the items someone buys, you have to deposit money into the website in rounded up intervals like it's Fortnite or something. This whole site is a sad sad excuse. Please do not use it, I went through the headache for you please just trust me on this and use a free site and manually do it yourself, it's not worth a second of your time.
