This is my first time using AutoDS. I had created another store and deleted it. I followed the instructions on a You Tuber site and created another store using AI. They were supposed to be linked together. I spoke with Carlos today and he explained they were not connected and sent me the link to assist. I contacted support because my drafts would not import. I hope to have it up and running today.

AutoDS has 4.9 star reviews because you earn free fulfillment tokens if you give a 5-star review. Naturally, people will take advantage of the free tokens by giving 5 starts. Influencers will tell you "you're stupid not to take advantage of the free plan" with a smile on their face, but here's how "free" AutoDS really is -> Cons: 1- AutoDS has a minimum $26 a month fee. 2- You *will* pay higher COGS for products. 3- Pay an extra fee for each order (10% of cogs in my case). 4- My total COGS for a product were ~$16, but in reality I was paying $25.51. 5- You have to pay to source products into AutoDS. 6- You will have to pay to fulfill orders from autoDS. 7- You will have to pay (on top) to automatize all fulfillment process. 8- You will likely have to source your product, because there's not a lot of products listed. 9- No photo search (which free suppliers do) 10- If you have upsells and a customer orders 3 products, you will have to pay shipping for 3 orders, not 1. (they say they don't have the systems in place to make 1 order of 3 products count as 1 order of 3 products. What the actual ****) 11- The amount of hidden fees/subscriptions *everywhere* will suck the soul off your pocket. Learn from others (my) mistakes. If you are starting, *not scaling*, make sure to make the best choice. Pros: 1- great customer service 2- rich and complex platform.

i chose to use AutoDs because the price is more affordable than other platform and also i can actually find better sources of products in here. Although i find some processes are pretty slow compare to others, still it is a good one with lots of features

Laughably bad. The credit system is terrible, the customer service is non-existent. Had orders sitting in queue for days and the response was, "we process thousands of orders." Seriously? I don't care, I need my customers' orders processed. Just a giant waste of time and money.

I would definitely recommend AutoDS to people. Products are great. What I do suggest is getting a bit more personal with your customers. Offer something that you can schedule calls or actual 1 on 1 mentorship. The LIVE mentorship program I wouldn't recommend because it takes a while to get an answer, and sometimes they aren't helpful. As well as there isn't a personal touch added into it for example I want to feel like you actually care to help me as a person succeed rather than just doing it because it's a job. Otherwise AutoDS is amazing! Customer care is top notch and with customer care I definitely feel that personal touch and "care".

once you get the correct plan its on... once you figure how to dropship in general with their videos its over... this app has really surpass expectations you just have to keep looking for the answer... i have live customer service on my plan and honestly theres nothing better than a 24/7 hour open line for you to ask and request help... its insane plus they thought about everything trust me when i say it.. just learn if youre lost is cs you arent asking the right questions cs they will help and fast thank again to Luther who was the last one out of like 7 team meembers that have helped me
