I had the worst experience. All I wanted to do was try the plan, but I received a call from customer service informing me that I would need to upgrade my Shopify account to do so – which I did. After upgrading, I decided not to proceed with the app. When I tried to revert to our basic plan, I ended up losing two users due to my legacy plan. I'm extremely frustrated! Avoid this app! The customer service representative failed to explain the consequences of their recommendation, and I'm deeply disappointed.

Installed for one day, then uninstalled because it did not work for what I wanted, and still got billed a full month Their team also has the audacity to call you unexpectedly to try to help you set it up, not even giving the option not to call, and then when you uninstall you get another email telling you that they're going to call - not even asking.
