I don't know if it's just me, but day one of using this app was increasingly frustrating for me. I couldn't generate Express labels, I looked through all the settings and nothing was incorrect. All Express orders were generating as Standard. Support was pretty quick (within a few hours I think?) but they suggested that I must process the Express labels separately from the Standard...?? I did though, and it didn't work - but I tried again (cancelling the labels first), and they still would not generate as Express. So I had to cancel them again and use the other app I was using to generate the Express. I also could not put a custom Sender/Return address on the labels, which was a problem. I don't display my full address for customers at checkout (since my business is at a residential property - I email my customers the full address when they're order is ready to collect) which meant my label Sender/Return address was invalid - Support said there was no way around this. But all other apps I have tried, allow me to choose my own address, or it uses the one from my eParcel contract, not limiting to just my Shopify one. This app is just buggy and lacking. I was hugely stressed last night because of this. I had already uninstalled my previous app, but was luckily able to reinstall it with a free trial to process the Express labels after mucking around with this app for ages. I was disappointed with Support's response too. If the app isn't buggy, it's not user friendly at all then - I couldn't work out what I was doing wrong. I am technological more savvy that a lot of people. Hopefully PluginHive will do something about this so future customers aren't getting frustrated and stressed like I was last night.
