I hadn't realized 1 service meant 1 product. it isn't the business's fault, but it would have helped to be clear on that. Also, since I didn't know this and made 3 classes I'm offering as products that I attached, the app locked me out entirely with no explanation as to why so it took me forever to figure it out and none of my classes had a book the slot ability, not even 1 of the 3. I wasn't allowed to make a single change and even take the subscriptions out of the products because I received the same "pay now" screen for all the tabs inside the app.
