Update: I have received multiple harassing emails from this company demanding I take down my honest review. Rahul Pradeev ([email protected]) was the person that threatened me today. He said the following "If this matter is not resolved promptly, we will be left with no choice but to take further action against misleading and defamatory reviews. We urge you to reconsider your review and respond to us so that we can address any genuine concerns professionally. This will be our final attempt to reach out before proceeding with the necessary actions." Original TRUTHFUL REVIEW: I tried so hard to like this app. But at the end of the day, it just lacks critical features for a service based business. So I have to move on. I hate it but enough is enough.

Poor. Unstable. Not worth the time. We have had this app installed for a while now and just recently a customer reached out and wanted to book an appointment. The customer told us it didn't work. Looking in to it we found out that the widget isn't showing. We contacted support. Their first response was "it looks good from our end...". A few lines later they said they were gonna double check and also check with the tech team and get back. Never got back and when i reach out again they said "Oh we have already double checked everything and it looks good from our end". Their lates solution to the problem was sending me print-screens of all different devices and web-browsers they have to prove that it works. For us it still does not work even though we have tried different browsers, computers, phones, wifi-connection. But... I guess booking support ain't that easy after all...
