I just installed this App 1 hour ago to create an easier process for our workshops. Since we are actually selling workshops as "products" on Shopify, I was searching for a better solution for myself, my colleagues and most importantly for my customers. I've read all the positive ratings and decided to give it a try... AND I'M SHOCKED! By mistake I did click on the "Get started with support"-button and I do not regret it. Pragatheesh (Support) was instantly there to help me. He did an amazing job, so that I could instantly run my first product via BookX! So happy now! Whoever is looking to upgrade his/her Shopify for bookable services, I can recommend you BookX by 1000%. Everything is working instantly, they have a great handbook and the support is just overwhelming. :)))

Tonight, I was able to work with a wonderful and very knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Nithish. He walked me through the process of updating my plan. He also helped me with the settings so that I would have a better understanding of each feature and how it works for my customers and for myself. I truly appreciate the fact that your services are available so late at night for me. This is wonderful for entrepreneurs that work very odd hours in the day. This calendar app has the most amount of features of any free calendar app that I have explored. The cx team is also SUPER FAST to respond and very professional, kind, and helpful. So happy to have found this app!
