Changed to Sesami bookings on a trial and there have been several issues with integration and systems failing meaning we lost a lot of revenue. I think once the problems are resolved it has the potential to be a great product, unfortunately its not reliable.

Every request I made was carefully listened to and addressed with great patience and professionalism. I also want to highlight the amazing work of the developers’ team, who implemented exactly what I needed with efficiency and clear communication.
