We've been running this app for well over a year, it's been reliable and fills our needs. We recently had an issue with someone not being able to make a booking, and within 10 minutes support had looked into it for us and suggested that we check our Google Calendar - sure enough, someone had placed a block on Google which we didn't want. Don't trust this app! My customers get send to the cart drawer after they want to make an appointment

Great app, even better customer service! I was unsure how to set this up with it being a new app to me, and the live customer service was fantastic. From the beginning they helped me set things up exactly as I needed and was super helpful answering all my questions. Any queries are answered super quickly, and I was kept informed at every stage. The is the only booking app I found that had as many options as we needed, the app allows you to do a lot more than other booking apps I've found. I would highly recommend.
