Thus far the customer service has been great! I am still setting up the app... but I'm finding the interface to be self explanatory so far. Will leave another review when completed

I had trouble getting my products live, and the support team was super friendly and helped me via a meeting to solve all my issues. Initially, I was using the Shopify Marketplace app and couldn’t make any progress there.

Mohd Shadab was a great help. Very easy to fix the problems wee had and now have help through WhatsApp.

Excellent support from Mohd. Shadab Khan to resolve an ongoing product link issue with our Amazon store. He worked with me for over an hour to resolve this and get all our products live again.

I got so far two calls with the support team and they were able to help me link existing Amazon products to Shopify, however, I still unable to upload Shopify products to Amazon Handmade. I don't know what else I should do, I'm still waiting for support, but not sure how to proceed, or if this call is the right app to cover my needs, apparently, is not. Thanks

So far I've had a great experience. Nupur has been extremely communicative and helpful. They finished the project ahead of schedule which was great.

So far so good, just started using the app a few days ago and testing it out. Support with setting up the template to post t-shirt to amazon was helpful. However, there is an issue with the therhold inventory values not syncing to Amazon, that's a known issue. Hopefully that feature will get fixed soon but over all I like it better than using the previous app.
