There's a lot of power behind Aftersell, giving Shopify store owners like me the tools I need to cross-sell and upsell to consumers who happily purchased my products. I was deeply impressed after I got stuck with a post-purchase funnel how-to issue and Hailey from the support team jumped into a chat window to help me with the matter. Not only did she assist me via chat, but she recorded a video showing me the step-by-step approach to solving the matter. Superb service (and it was almost 11 PM at night!).

I got charge a 54.99 USD usage fee for this app, i do not get any sales from it and not even enable the app, not sure why, asking for a refund now

scam installed, attempted to setup, didn't work, uninstalled within a day and got billed $36 at the end of the month.

I spent almost two hours troubleshooting my upsell setup, and there were a few frustrating moments, especially when a real customer order was modified during testing without my approval. That said, the support team (Mark and Dom) stayed with me the entire time and helped get everything fully resolved. They were patient, responsive, and made sure the final setup works smoothly. Great support overall, but I’d love to see more caution around live orders.

Awesome app. My only regret is not finding and installing this a year ago! Fairly easy to setup and customize, it took me less than an hour and we had a few hundred dollars of incremental revenue within the first day. Highly recommend this to anyone on the fence.

according to Shopify’s own documentation Post-purchase upsells don’t work with Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or Google Pay. It’s unbelievable that an upsell app can’t show upsells to customers using the most common payment methods. And while you’re left guessing which checkout option might actually trigger their widget, AfterSell keeps charging you full price anyway.

Really happy with Aftersell so far. The setup was straightforward and the customization options make it easy to match our brand. We saw an instant uplift in revenue after adding the post-purchase offers. It’s a no-brainer for any Shopify store looking to increase AOV with minimal effort.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The app itself does not work for some reasons and it's been two weeks now since their "engineering" team clearly understood the issue and promised to get back to us. The customer support reps give generic answers like ai bots. Will have to change post purchase app once again

The product page upsells have never allowed for me to make manual upsells. Only the automatic product selection works, which doesn't allow for me to pair specific products together for a product page upsell. The automatic upsells don't always make sense to offer, so having the ability to manually choose products to pair is important. I have reached out to support several times about this over the past several weeks and get strung along time after time with zero support. No urgency or care given to provide support and I have been using this app for months.

Good app for setting up after-purchase flows really fast. The A/B testing feature is great since we test a lot!
