I would LOVE to use the app - BUT the Customer Service is abolutely terrible! I am currently waiting for 45 Minutes for a "Team to Join" - BFCM is right around the corner and i have no time. Your tool can be as good as you want with this kind of service.

Great app, does the job well and is very intuitive compared to other apps I've tried. I had a few translation issues following a Shopify update, but the support team was very responsive and efficient. I highly recommend it.

This app does a lot and it is really great to be able to upsell people at the point after they have made a purchase, rather than before which could actually result in orders being cancelled. The only issue with the app is that it is not terribly intuitive and there are some things you just wouldn't be able to work out without consulting the help desk. I have to say that the help desk team are very helpful and have resolved every question that I have had to my compete satisfaction. I'd really recommend this app as the best one to increase average order, it can take a little while to get your head around it, but it's worth it.
