I almost gave up on using this app due to my own misunderstanding of how to use some of the features I installed it for. However i gave it one last chance with a scheduled call with Pravin and he was so kind and informative and helped me through all my questions. It is a bit on the pricey side so I will only use it for the holiday season but it really does a lot of things and has a lot to offer. I am using it with Shopify Flow for some automated Black Friday things and after much testing and Pravin's help we are holiday ready!

Overall, a really great and seamless experience and relationship!! We have been partnered with them for over 2 years. We first began the relationship with 99minds when we were on Square POS and needed their gift card functionality to talk to our BigCommerce website. We have now moved POS and website to Shopify and we have added their loyalty to our customer flow! Everytime we needed help or had questions they never hesitated to get on a zoom call, most times in less than 24 hours time frame to assist us! I 100% recommend 99minds! We are using the app to power GWP gift card. It's great to know that they are supporting both Shopify and Bigcommerce (another brand we have) -- it comes in handy that we don't have to learn how it works. We can also set the gift card trigger flow directly from the app which gives much flexibility.
